Chiropractic care is essential to healthy living. We have made it easy to access chiropractic care through a membership program at Utah Injury Clinic. Memberships are based on a $200 nonrefundable membership fee. If cancellations are made prior to 12 months a $100 cancellation fee will be added.
Memberships are not billable to insurance and will be discontinued with active treatment or Injury claims.
